You arrange a conference, a seminar or a business meeting, four conference halls which in total can handle as many as 300 people are at your disposal. All halls are equipped with necessary equipment for conferences, for simultaneous interpreting, video and audio equipment, discussion systems and air conditioning system. Any of the halls offers ideal conditions for press conferences, product presentations, food and drink tasting sessions, trade mission meetings. Food catering and coffee breaks during conferences could be offered by the personnel. Conference participants are offered special prices for rooms and restaurant services.

- 1 overhead projector
- 1 screen
- 1 writing board, paper
- 2 microphones, audio equipment
- A TV set, CD and DVD players
- Conference chairs with optional flip desk tops
Equipment for an additional fee:
- a multimedia projector: 50 LTL per hour (300 LTL per day)
- a computer: 100 LTL per day
- equipment for simultaneous interpreting – if required
Business centre:
- a PC, printer, telephone, fax, internet connection
